Block Seminar "The engineer as manager"
In this summer term Dr.-Joachim Schläper again successfully completed his block seminar "Der Ingenieur als Manager", which is highly attractive for the students. Within a week, students of IK and TI learn about methods and procedures for self-analysis and self-management. This also prepares them for future management tasks in projects, teams and corporate hierarchies.
The great success of the event is also reflected by the special feedback of the students. One participant notes, for example: "Excellent seminar, which should be declared as a standard for students, as the content learned here is a basis for presentation and teamwork. The softskills learned within the block seminar are not learnable in any other event and are actually a necessity for the practice of an engineer. "
