Pupils @ IKS
The pupils of the advanced mathematics course of the Liebfrauenschule in Eschweiler were guests at the IKS as part of a student laboratory.
The program included a lecture by Dr. Antweiler on the topic of Sprache in Bits und Bytes. Prof. Dr. Jax complemented the program with a lecture on Digitale Signalverarbeitung für die Übertragung von Tonsignalen: von MP3 zur "Virtual Reality". Afterwards, the students were placed in the middle of the Aachen Symphony Orchestra in our IKS|Lab. After lunch on the institut's own roof terrace, the program continued for the students at the Institute for High Frequency Technologies.
