The ITG Conference on Speech Communication is the fifteenth event in a series of conferences and will be held in the SuperC building at RWTH Aachen University, September 20-22, 2023, Aachen, Germany. The conference will focus on contributions on theory, algorithms, and applications in the following areas of speech, audio, and spoken language processing. The three day program consists of oral and poster presentations, keynote talks, and demonstrations.
