Best Master Thesis Awards
This year, two "Best Master Thesis Awards" were presented at the colloquium “Communication Technology”.
Our new employee Georg Krekel received the award for his master’s thesis titled "Equalisation of Higher Order Ambisonics Playback." Ysrael Salire also convinced the jury with his outstanding work on "Learning Latent Representations for Acoustic System Identification on Manifolds," resulting in two recipients of the award this year.
The Best Thesis Award is presented by the Society for Communication Engineering (Gesellschaft für Kommunikationstechnik e. V.) and recognizes particularly outstanding theses from the previous fiscal year.
