Block Seminar "Management im Ingenieurwesen"
In this winter term the block seminar "Der Ingenieur als Manager" took place in the first week of the year. During this week, students of IK und TI learn methods and procedures of self-analysis and self-management.
This prepares them for future management tasks in projects, teams and corporate hierarchies. The "soft skills" discussed here cannot be learned in any other event and are actually a necessity for the job description of an engineer.
