Festive Colloquium
On the occasion of the 70th birthday of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter Vary a festive colloquium was held in the Institute of Communication Systems at RWTH Aachen University. This round-number anniversary was a great opportunity to look back on three decades in which Peter Vary was leading the institute with dedication and a great wealth of ideas.
Numerous colleagues and former PhD students honored his scientific contributions and the impact of his research in the fields of digital speech processing and mobile communications.
