New Head of the Institute: Univ.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter Jax

With effect from April 1st, 2015 Prof. Peter Jax heads the Institute of Communication Systems.

Prof. Jax has been working at Technicolor in Hanover as executive director Germany and head of the research and innovation division "Audio & Acoustics".

Since the beginning of the summer term 2015 he takes over the lectures of the institute in the area of digital communication systems, with focus on coding and signal processing for noisy channels. Furthermore, Prof. Jax will establish new research topics in audio signal processing and transmission.
